Enriching stakeholders’ lives has been at the forefront of Tropical Agro’s philosophy. Our CSR programs are designed to ensure the well-being of the communities around us. Some of our initiatives to drive positive change in the lives of these communities include the following-

Leading with Care
A simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects Employer- to Employee- to – Farmer through the transmission of positive energy to promote well-being & mental health. This form of meditation promotes a compassionate ecosystem and a stress-free life.
Forest by Heartfulness
We have partnered with the Heartfulness institute to engage in afforestation programs and have donated Rs. 1 Crore for this purpose. Besides, we also provide products and free advisory solutions to nurture and grow crops/plants.
As a part of the Jhaver group of companies, we have institutionalized means of undertaking CSR to impact the lives of the communities around us. A few initiatives include –
- DAYASADAN, a home for 150 destitutes and differently abled persons: The group continues the legacy of caring for destitutes through a trust set up by Late Mr. R.S. Jhaver (father of Mr. V. K Jhaver). Inmates here are empowered to earn their livelihood, and thereafter, rehabilitated.
- Annadhanam - An initiative to provide food to around 1200 people at 5 locations under the Tablets India Trust Foundation.
- Pinjarapole, a shelter house for the abandoned & rescued cattle: Late Mr. R. S. Jhaver was a key contributor and since then, the legacy has been continuing.
- Education: A high school has been set up for the children at Nokha village in Rajasthan to provide education for the lesser privileged.
- Participated & donated towards a project to establish Dharamshala, a place for pilgrims to stay at Ayodhya.
