Roles & Responsibilities | Packaging Design & Development: - Design and develop creative, functional, and industry-compliant packaging solutions for agrochemical products.
- Work closely with the branding and communications team to ensure consistency in brand identity across packaging materials.
- Ensure packaging designs meet technical specifications, including print production requirements and material constraints.
- Incorporate regulatory and legal requirements into packaging design, including product labeling and safety information.
- Optimize packaging for efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
Collaboration & Coordination: - Work closely with the marketing, production, and R&D teams to understand packaging needs and functional requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to select appropriate packaging materials, printing techniques, and finishes.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure packaging meets durability, usability, and compliance standards.
Graphics & Branding: - Create high-quality visual designs for labels, cartons, pouches, and other packaging formats.
- Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all packaging materials.
- Ensure clarity and legibility of product information, including ingredients, usage instructions, and safety warnings.
Production & Execution: - Develop print-ready files and oversee the printing and production process to ensure design accuracy.
- Work with packaging manufacturers to troubleshoot design or production issues and suggest improvements.
- Test new packaging formats and innovations to enhance product appeal and functionality.
Market & Trend Analysis: - Stay updated on the latest packaging trends, materials, and printing technologies relevant to the agrochemical industry.
- Research competitor packaging designs and suggest improvements to keep the brand ahead in the market.
- Recommend sustainable packaging alternatives to align with environmental and industry trends.

Key Qualifications | Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience: - 5+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the agrochemical, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience in designing packaging for bottles, pouches, cartons, and other relevant formats.
Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production processes.
- Understanding of regulatory and labeling requirements for agrochemical products.
- Creativity with an eye for detail, color, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
