Business Development Manager (Household Pesticides)

Designation Business Development Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Actively explore business opportunities for household pesticides and achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Build excellent client relationships. Liaison with retailers/dealers/distributors, supermarkets, departmental stores.
  • Upsell/Cross-sell/co-market our range of products,
  • Work with internal teams – such as Marketing for promotional activities, Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics.
  • Build and manage a team as and when required for market expansion.
  • Report on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as required) on Sales, Collections, Competition, Dealer/Distributor Calls etc.
  • The role will involve travel within the region they are handling.

Requirements Any graduate with 4-8 years of experience. Skills required-
  • Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Communication & People’s skill.
  • Good business sense.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
