Roles & Responsibilities | Design Creation (Online & Offline): - Develop creative designs for various platforms including websites, social media, digital advertising, and email campaigns.
- Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and trade show materials.
- Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and visually communicate the company’s value proposition.
Brand Identity Management: - Maintain consistency in design across all media, ensuring that the company’s brand identity is upheld in all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refresh and evolve the brand identity as needed.
Social Media & Digital Campaign Support: - Design graphics and visuals for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage audiences and drive campaign results.
- Assist in creating multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, such as banners, infographics, and promotional videos.
Product Packaging Design: - Develop innovative and attractive packaging designs for agrochemical and organic product lines that comply with regulatory requirements and appeal to the target audience.
- Work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure feasibility in packaging design and materials.
Content Collaboration: - Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to develop visuals that complement and enhance content, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
Vendor Management (Print & Production): - Liaise with print vendors and other external partners to ensure the accurate and timely production of offline marketing materials.
- Manage the quality control of print designs, ensuring they meet brand and design standards.
Design Research & Trend Analysis: - Stay updated on design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the table for campaigns and projects.
- Regularly review industry best practices in design to improve the overall quality and innovation of the company’s creative output.
Presentation & Marketing Collateral: - Design visually engaging presentations, reports, and internal communication materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Create corporate presentations, company profiles, and case studies as required.
Project Management: - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper documentation of design projects, including revisions and approvals.

Key Qualifications | Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both online and offline design projects.
- Experience in designing for the agrochemical or FMCG sector is a plus.
Skills: - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Experience in web design and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
