Roles & Responsibilities | International Sales & Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities in global markets and assist in expanding the company’s presence.
- Maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to ensure business growth.
- Support pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization for international deals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
Export Operations & Compliance: - Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless export operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and licensing requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and government authorities for smooth shipment processing.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other financial instruments related to international transactions.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as a point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, finance, and legal) to align international business objectives.
- Assist in product registration and regulatory approvals in different countries.
Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
- Track sales performance against targets and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Maintain records of export transactions, customer interactions, and regulatory documentation.

Key Qualifications | Education: - MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: - 5+ years of experience in international business, exports, or sales in an agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and compliance.
- Experience in B2B sales, distributor management, and business development in global markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP preferred), and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects.
