Roles & Responsibilities | SAP ABAP Development & Customization: - Develop custom reports, ALV reports, smart forms, scripts, and enhancements using ABAP.
- Implement user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancement frameworks as per business needs.
- Create function modules, interfaces, and data conversions for SAP integration.
- Develop and modify SAP workflows, dialog programming, and module pool programming.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide technical support to SAP end-users and resolve system issues.
- Debug and analyze ABAP programs for performance optimization.
- Work with SAP Basis team to ensure smooth functioning of SAP applications.
SAP Integration & Data Migration: - Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and third-party applications using IDocs, RFC, and Web Services.
- Handle data migration using LSMW, BDC, and Direct Input Methods.
- Support SAP module integration (FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) with ABAP developments.
Enhancements & Upgrades: - Participate in SAP version upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Optimize existing SAP applications to improve system performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices in ABAP development to ensure high-quality coding standards.
Documentation & User Training: - Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user manuals.
- Train SAP users and functional consultants on ABAP developments and custom solutions.

Key Qualifications | Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
Experience: - 4+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant in a manufacturing or agrochemical industry.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development is a plus.
Skills & Competencies: - Strong expertise in ABAP programming, reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Experience in IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of SAP tables, structures, and debugging techniques.
- Good understanding of SAP integration with FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
