Description:

Macrofos is an organophosphorus insecticide and acaricide which has both strong systemic and contact action. Macrophos is used to control a variety of sucking, chewing and boring insects and spider mites on cotton, sugarcane, groundnut, ornamentals, and tobacco.

Brown Plant Hopper, Green Leaf Hopper, Leaf Roller Folder, Yellow Stem Borer, Shoot Fly, Pod Borer, Cow Bug, Leaf Minor, Early Shoot Borer, Aphids, Thrips, White Fly, Mites etc.

Time of Application

Lower dosages for 7-14 days after germination and higher dosages for seed treatment inforrows at planting. Lower dosage for first and second instar and higher dosages for 3rd and 4th instar larva.

Dose/Acre

300-400 ml/Acre.

Application Method

Foliar spray using knapsack sprayer, foot sprayer, compression knapsack sprayer, compression knapsack battery sprayer and ASPEE-HTP power sprayer.

Precautions

Banned for use on vegetables.
