Roles & Responsibilities | Quality Management & Compliance: - Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality certifications.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with national and international quality standards.
- Monitor product quality at different production stages and drive corrective actions.
Process & System Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for process optimization.
Audits & Certifications: - Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation required for regulatory approvals and certifications.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors for inspections and assessments.
Team Leadership & Training: - Lead and mentor the Quality Control & Assurance team, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs for production and quality teams on quality best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
Customer Complaint Resolution: - Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Implement corrective actions and improve quality assurance procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align quality initiatives with customer expectations.
Vendor & Raw Material Quality Assurance: - Establish quality parameters for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the sourcing of high-quality materials.

Key Qualifications | Education: - B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in Quality Management (ISO, Six Sigma, GMP, etc.) will be preferred.
Experience: - 12+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in the agrochemical, agro-biological, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Expertise in analytical techniques, testing procedures, and quality control tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and quality software applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
