Roles & Responsibilities | Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a winning digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence across channels including social media, business networking sites, websites, and emerging platforms.
- Create and maintain a digital content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Content Development & Optimization: - Ideate and develop compelling digital content, across reels, social media, podcasts, videos, webinars, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and websites while maintaining brand consistency.
- Script, refine, and optimize digital content to engage social media audiences.
- Utilize data-driven insights and listening tools to analyze performance, enhancing reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
Website & SEO Management: - Manage website upgrades, usability enhancements, and SEO optimization to drive traffic growth and improve user experience through strategic digital initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, and SEMrush to monitor performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Paid Advertising, Performance Tracking & Analytics: - Plan, execute, and optimize SEM, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Ensure performance tracking, ROI optimization and effective attribution modelling.
Social Media & Community Engagement: - Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Telegram.
- Execute engagement strategies to enhance audience interaction and brand affinity.
- Monitor key social media KPIs, including impressions, reach, and engagement.
Innovation & Emerging Trends: - Spearhead new initiatives, including AI integration, chatbot development, and e-commerce strategies.
Email Marketing, SMS, WhatsApp Marketing & Newsletters: - Design and execute targeted email and SMS /WhatsApp campaigns for customer engagement and retention.
- Develop newsletters.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: - Collaborate with agricultural influencers, farmers, industry experts, and other brands to enhance brand credibility & engagement.
E-Commerce & Digital Sales Support: - Assist in digital lead conversion, online product visibility, and dealer/customer engagement.
Stakeholder Management: - Manage agency/vendor relationships, influencers, including evaluation, onboarding, and operational coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful digital content.
- Address stakeholder expectations while handling escalations effectively.

Key Qualifications | - 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing.
- Preferably from a B2C consumer tech or e-commerce background.
- Hands-on expertise in storytelling, content marketing, paid marketing, and influencer collaborations. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to evaluate creative ideas with a keen eye for detail and audience relevance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Proven track record of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of creating & delivering quality content in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with agencies and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing influencer partnerships within budget constraints.
- Candidates will be required to complete an assignment before progressing to the final stage.
- Knowledge & ability to communicate in HINDI is a must.
