Safal 71% SG is a non-selective, post-emergence herbicide for the control of annual, perennial, broadleaf and grassy weeds. Safal 71% SG, when applied to foliage reaches the roots and rhizomes of the plant by the process of translocation, thus destroying the weeds from below the plant. It is especially effective against the difficult to control weeds.
Tea & non crop area : Apply as directed spray when the weeds are young and actively growing. Apply to perennial weeds as a post-emergence application which should have at least 4 to 8 leaves so that the translocation into the plant can occur. Very early treatment of the vegetation may reduce control but good results are obtained by treating mature plant.
